    I attended with my family and unfortunately had a very bad experience. To start with we were held up by the ticket machine running out of paper, then the line was to long to get popcorn and drinks. We sat down to have a family of 4 come in one at a time (5 minutes apart) and have to squeeze past us treading on our feet. They made quite a lot of noise each time (considering the actual movie had already started). The last family member sat down only to realise 5 minutes later he had lost his wallet. The mother yelled at me and my family insisting we look and feel around in front of us (despite the fact that it was now 30 minutes into the movie) to find her sons wallet. The family members then got their phones out and turned the torch on in an attempt to find the wallet shining the light into our faces making no attempt to keep their voices down. This happened several times. The mother then yelled at her son to go out and tell the staff to bring in their torches. So one by one they all left again (this time about 10 minutes apart) and each time one returned having a completely audible conversation about the missing wallet. People around us were telling them to be quiet. They only settled down towards the end of the movie but still continued to talk to each other about the movie. We missed the whole story line at the beginning and the rest of the movie didn't make any sense. The cinema was trashed the back row had whole boxes of popcorn topped on the floor. We exited as fast as we could only to find your restrooms flooded. Very disappointed by the whole situation and embarrassed as I was the one to pick the venue. Sent an email to their administration and got no response or invitation to return.

    Worst Pizza Capers I've ever eaten. Ordered everything from, pizza, pasta and desserts and everything was just terrible. Seafood undercooked, pasta over cooked and pizza base not cooked probably either. Give the Nerang store a miss and save your money !
